Take an hour out of your busy schedule to re-set. This class allows the body to detox, restore oxygen to muscle tissue, align the spine, and rejuvenate as a whole. Open to all fitness and yoga skill levels.

Fee per month: 

  • April/May: 
    • Tuesdays: $15
    • Thursdays: $12
  • June: $12 (Tuesdays or Thursdays)

      • Thursdays: April 24 - May 22
        • NO CLASS: May 8th
